University of Michigan Men's Glee Club Concert in Vegas on May 8, 2010

A MESSAGE FROM Dave Dannemiller (UofMichigan BSCE ’79):

I am contacting all Michigan Grads to announce an upcoming concert by the University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club in the Las Vegas area on Saturday May 8, 2010 at 7:30 pm. Concert is being held at Community Lutheran Church on East Tropicana.

This concert is part of their annual tour that The Club participates in after their school year has completed. As a former member of The Club, I can honestly tell you that it was the highlight of my musical career at Michigan. One of the enjoyable parts of the tour was the fact that we always stayed with alumni for the night we performed in their city, allowing us to interact with our audience in more ways than just singing on stage for them.

As the UofM doesn’t have an alumni club in the Vegas area (surprising!), I have volunteered to sponsor and arrange the concert, as well as set up housing arrangements for the one night. This is where you come in!

Would you be able to take two or more Glee Clubbers into your home for one night (Saturday May 8, 2010), possibly providing breakfast the next morning?
I promise it to be a rewarding experience for you and the Clubbers! If you would like more information, please contact me at the email or phone below.

1st Thursday's Happy Hour @ the Half Shell 10/2/08

It's time for our 1st new non-football get together! This Thursday, October 2, 2008, @ 5 p.m. come join fellow UM Alumni for an evening of fun and getting to know one another.
